Blue Eyeshadow Mousse

Ingredients List


1. In a suitable beaker, combine Phase A ingredients. Heat to 88°C.

2. Once Phase A is fully melted and homogeneous, add Phase B.

3. Begin cooling to room temperature.

4. Once cooled to 70°C, add Phase C one item at a time. Mix until fully incorporated.

5. Add to a suitable component and enjoy!


A smooth eyeshadow mousse that evenly coats the lid with pigment for all-day wear.
