Novel Crop Care Intermediates
Using plant-centric technology for crop protection, our sustainable PIOz™ technology is one of P2's active intermediate technologies focusing on pheromones.
To feed a planet of 8 billion people, farmers must stricke a balance between maximizing yield and preserving the land and ecosystem for generations to come. Insect pheromones can offset the use of harmful pesticides in promoting crop health and providing clean food for the consumer without harming the environment.

C9 Chemistries
P2's ability to convert crop oils into functional C9 chemistries allows access to materials for use in crop care and management. Specifically, Azelaic Acid and Pelargonic Acid can be readily made from a wide variety of oils, including soy, canola, rapeseed, sunflower, and safflower oils. Further, key intermediates for synthesis can be accessed.
Functional polymers for adjuvants
P2's first of kind PICE process converts pine-tree derived terpenes into clean, functional polymers with unique properties.
With proof of concept demonstrated by major multinational players in crop care, explorations are underway to develop opportunities in adjuvants.
