Procedure
- In primary beaker, add phase A and begin mixing under low shear.
- Combine phase B to form a slurry. Add phase B to phase A. Begin heating phase AB to 80°C.
- When at 80°C, add phase C and mix until fully incorporated. Begin cooling phase.
- When at 60°C, add phase D one at a time and mix until fully incorporated.
- When at 40°C, add phase E and mix until fully incorporated.
- Combine phase F to form a pre-mix. Add premix to main beaker. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Add phase G one at a time and mix until fully incorporated.
- Adjust pH to be between 6.0-6.5
