Procedure
- In primary vessel, add phase A.
- Slowly sprinkle in the Synthalen CR.
- Combine phase C ingredients to form a slurry. Add phase C to phase AB. Begin heating phase ABC to 70-75°C.
- In separate vessel, combine phase D and heat to 75°C or until ingredients have completely melted.
- When both phases are homogenous and at 70-75°C temperature, slowly ad phase D to phase ABC.
- Mix until product is uniform.
- Begin cooling down to beow 45°C.
- Once temperature is below 45°C, begin adding phase E one at a time.
- Adjust pH to be between 5.5-6.
