Procedure
- In a primary vessel, add phase A.
- Combine phase B to form a slurry. Add phase B to phase A. Begin heating phase AB to 80ºC.
- In a separate vessel, combine phase C and heat to 80ºC.
- When both phases are homogeneous and at a temperature, slowly add phase C to phase AB.
- Homogenize for 15 minutes under adequate mixing.
- Begin cooling down to below 40ºC.
- Once temperature is below 40ºC, begin adding phase D one at a time.
- Adjust pH to be between 5.0 – 6.0.
