Procedure
- In a suitable beaker, heat Phase A to 65°C while mixing.
- In a separate beaker, mix Phase B.
- Add Phase B to Phase A. Continue heating while mixing.
- Once uniform, begin to cool to room temperature.
- Once below 45°C, add Phase C. Pout into a suitable spray component and enjoy!
