Procedure
- Combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 70°C. Mix until uniform.
- Once at 70°C, add Phase B one by one.
- Homogenize under high shear until fully homogeneous.
- Then, begin cooling to 40°C, while mixing.
- Add Phase C and mix until homogeneous.
- Finally, cool to 25°C and adjust pH accordingly.
- Pour into suitable component and enjoy!
