Procedure:
- Combine phase A in main vessel and mix while heating to 80°C.
- Premix phase B and add to phase A while mixing.
- In a separate vessel, combine phase C while heating to 80°C and mixing.
- When both phases are at/above 80°C, add phase C into phase AB and mix until homogenous.
- Mix phase ABC for 5 minutes under high shear.
- Cool sample to below 40°C while mixing at medium shear.
- Add phase D ingredients when sample is below 40°C.
- Cool down to RT while mixing.
- Adjust pH to be 5.0 ± 0.5 when sample is at RT.
