Procedure
- In primary vessel, add phase A ingredients and begin heating to 80°C. Slowly add Polygel HG into the main vessel. Avoid fisheyes.
- In separate beaker add phase B ingredients and begin heating to 80°C.
- When phase B ingredients are completely melted, add to main vessel.
- Speed up stirring util phase A and B ingredients are uniform.
- Begin cooling to 45°C and add phase C ingredients.
- Homogenize for 10 minutes.
- Adjust pH to 5.0-5.5
