Procedure
- In primary beaker, add phase A and begin mixing under medium shear. Begin heating to 75ºC.
- In a separate beaker, combine phase B. Heat to 75ºC.
- When both phases are homogenous and at temperature, slowly add phase B to phase A.
- Homogenize until a glossy, smooth emulsion form.
- Begin cooling to below 40ºC.
- Once temperature is below 40ºC, begin adding phase C one at a time.
- Adjust pH to be between 4.5-5.5
