Procedure
- In a suitable beaker, add Water.
- Add the remaining Phase A ingredients while mixing at high speed.
- Change the propeller to a side sweep and add the Triethanolamine, mix slowly.
- In a separate beaker, premix Phases C & D and heat to 45ºC.
- Add premixed Phases C & D to the main vessel, mixing with a side sweep.
- Pour into a suitable component and enjoy!
