Illuminating Under-Eye Serum

Ingredients List

In a suitable beaker, combine Phase A and mix while heating to 80°C.
In a separate beaker, combine Phase B while mixing and heating to 80°C.
Add Phase B to Phase A under homogenization. Homogenize for 10 minutes.
Cool to 40°C while mixing.
Once below 40°C, add Phase C, one item at a time, and mix until fully incorporated.
Add to a suitable component and enjoy!
