P2 Science will feature two of its latest ingredient launches, both powered by the company’s award-winning Citropol® DE-4 high molecular weight polymeric emollient:
Citrolatum® P – the new gold standard in plant-based petrolatum alternatives, a 1:1 drop-in replacement for traditional petrolatum, delivering similar texture and occlusive benefits. Citrolatum® P is a proprietary blend, combining Citropol® DE-4 with natural oils and waxes, including sunflower and jojoba oil. It’s beeswax and candelilla wax free, globally compliant, 99% natural origin (ISO 16128), vegan, and clean beauty suitable, and offers formulators an easy-to-use, sustainable upgrade with no compromise in performance or sensory experience.
CitroComplex® Nourish – an innovative fusion that combines Citropol® DE-4 with natural oils, including safflower, meadowfoam seed, and daikon radish seed extract, delivering a lightweight, nourishing skin feel with excellent spreadability and quick absorption. The ingredient is 99% natural (ISO 16128), 90% North America-sourced, globally compliant, and vegan-friendly, making it ideal for facial oils, creams, serums, body care, and hair care applications.
