Citrolatum P reimagines a widely used material in personal care, petrolatum, through the lens of green chemistry. Combining P2’s Citropol DE-4 with a blend of natural and naturally derived oils and waxes, including organic sunflower oil, hydrogenated jojoba oil, and an innovative new rice bran-derived natural plasticizer, Citrolatum P mimics the rich texture, occlusivity and skin barrier benefits of conventional petrolatum while maintaining 99% naturality (ISO 16128). It can be used as a 1:1 drop-in replacement and has a similar melting point, providing formulators with an easy-to-use, sustainable upgrade that requires no compromise in sensory experience.
The second award recognizes a collaborative innovation between P2 Science, Curie Co., and Capsum. Dualité Molecul’hair is a dual-phase, leave-in styling therapy that embodies the best of biotech, green chemistry, and intelligent formulation design. The two-part system — an emulsion and a microfluidic gel — activates on contact to deliver detangling, conditioning, frizz control, curl definition and long-lasting style retention. Bioengineered Curamina supports peptide bond formation, sealing the cuticle for smoother, more manageable hair. Citropol DE-4, a silicone-free, terpene-derived emollient, enhances conditioning while creating a plush, rich texture in both phases. With > 98% natural origin content and a sensorial experience that is elegant, intuitive and results-driven, Dualité sets a new standard for performance-driven, sustainable hair care innovation.
