Procedure
1. Measure out Phase A. Combine Phase B to form a slurry.
2. Add Phase B to Phase A while stirring until fully hydrated and a gel forms. Heat to 75C. Combine Phase C and heat to 75C
3. Add Phase C to Phase A and B and mix until a homogenous emulsion forms.
4. Begin cool down of batch. Continue mixing while product cools.
5. At 40C, add Phase D ingredients and stir until homogenous. Check and adjust pH if needed.
Observation
White, thicker consistency, homogenous mixture. cream consistency
