Procedure

In a suitable beaker, add Water.
Add the remaining Phase A ingredients while mixing at high speed.
Change the propeller to a side sweep and add the Triethanolamine, mix slowly.
In a separate beaker, premix Phases C & D and heat to 45°C.
Add premixed Phases C & D to the main vessel, mixing with side sweep.
Pour into a suitable component and enjoy!

Observation

A soft hold gel that helps keep styling intact while making it much easier to manage and comb hair.
